Blood boil vs Echoing Strike for early hell

Im playing single player with fire warlock and im lvl 76 atm running nightmare cows and terror zones,for hell i want to switch to another build but i can't decide between blood boil or echoing strike.

Which one would you recommend as i don't want to waste my respec cuz i don't use the -enablerespec so i only have 3 for now
