anyone have any experience with stereotypic movement disorder?

I've never seen this disorder mentioned outside of the DSM-5, however, I seem to match up with the symptoms. I never matched up enough with autism to be anything other than "a neurotypical who stims very excessively + is weird". I'm wondering if there's anyone here who has been officially diagnosed with this disorder who is willing to share their experience. I have an awkward gait and posture too and I'm extremely clumsy, so I'm wondering if that is part of the disorder as well or if it's more dyspraxia-aligned like my mother always has thought.
