A Question on the First Expedition

So, I'll need between 4.5- 5 million 'credits/ loot' for the 5 points? I've finished the last tab, if I don't have enough for the expedition in 6ish days, does it still auto send me/ reset all my stats, or is there a final check point, 'send my dude'? I'm sorry if this has been asked a million times, I've looked and can't find a solid answer lol.
