ZP6 is fascinating

I recently got a ZP6 and have been brewing a lot with it. My first few brews were good but not great. As I was trying to get more out of the coffee I was brewing, I tried to go finer expecting to draw more out of the coffee but didn't love the result. I just tried going coarser (6.0) and the coffee opened up like I hadn't experienced before. I assumed that the lack of fines means that you'd push finer with a grinder like this but I'm learning that's not the case.
Anyway, figured I'd throw this out there in case someone is struggling with their ZP6 and needs something else to try. Brewing a washed Ethiopia from Hydrangea
