Looking for Guidance or Referrals – Telecom & Solar Design Field

Hi everyone,

I’m actively looking for a job opportunity with immediate joining in Telecom Design or Solar PV Design. I’m open to global/remote roles and flexible with locations.

I’ve tried almost all major job platforms, but the response rate has been very low (~0.5%). Unfortunately, I don’t have strong industry references yet, which is making the process a bit challenging.

That said, I’m highly motivated, technically hands-on, and continuously upgrading my skills to stay relevant with current industry standards. I’m ready to prove my value through real work, not just words.
