Manual Jump Update in AC Shadows Really Improves Movement

// Discussion

So I just played around with the new 1.1.8 update that added manual jump, completing some of the Corrupted Castle challenges, and I was honestly so (happily) surprised at how much better movement feels with manual jump. It makes climbing and other changes in elevation so much snappier and more responsive, pretty much completely doing away with any "stickiness" that arises out of the complex geometry of Shadows' world. It is especially good to changing elevation quickly which is perfect for the castles, which are true stand-out playgrounds of the game. I honestly feel like it might even be more reliable than manual jump in AC Mirage, which was implemented differently in terms of controls.

To Ubisoft, please internalize this lesson and give us manual jump + all the other parkour improvements at launch for all future titles. This is an important and enjoyable mechanic!
