I might need help with my gender

Hi guys Im 18 and well amab, yet for the longest time theres been a thought in the back in my head telling me Im just a man crossdressing. I like being a woman. I feel confortable using she her yet theres always that nagging feeling. I am very confused right now and with no one to tell. Id apretiate if anyone was willing to chat and um answer a few questions if that isnt invasive of. ty all
