Referrals for Kaiser Septoplasty surgeons in the Bay Area?

I have a deviated septum with one nostril larger than the other. I feel like at times I have trouble breathing and often have to take a deep inhale to get enough air in my lungs.

I’m in the San Jose area but am more than open to other Kaiser facilities in neighboring cities if you have had a great experience with a Kaiser Septoplasty surgeon outside of San Jose.
