Introducing Portal: All your teleports in one place!

After recently spending a good few days porting all over Azeroth for the Mind Seeker title, I wanted a simple way to manage all my portals (and their CDs) across class spells, toys, hearth and dungeon/raid portals.

So I created a simple addon that shows you all of these in one click, allows you to equip (& use) items like a Cloak of Coordination and see what is on cool down or not. It also shows the key you currently have so you can quick get to your dungeon when running keys.

This is my first go at an addon so open to feedback and suggestions!
