Memorial Day 2026 Cancun Resort Suggestions

We’re trying to sneak away for a quick 4 night 5 day weekend over Memorial Day. Just two adults looking for adults only, chill, very much sit by the pool in a nice atmosphere kind of people. Not foodies but do want good food and higher end cocktails. Not interested in excursions, would like a decent beach, nice bars, and an oceanfront room. We’ve looked at a few and most seem to be around 3-4k. The issue is everyone we look at has mixed reviews. Any solid suggestions? Thank you!
