Blood after going #2

2 year old French Bulldog. She was a rescue from a puppy mill. Had 3 litters. Rescued with completely prolapsed vagina. Had surgery for it. Pour dog went through a lot but she’s a sweetheart and we’ve been able to keep her in great health since rescue. The vets did a “digital” exam, checked her stool, and said something just must have passed and scratched her lining. Gave us a prescription she’s been taking to keep things smooth. She’s still having 3-4 drops of blood after she comes back in the house from going #2 and you can see some drops in her piles in the yard. It’s been about 2 weeks since the vet. Give it more time? Any sort of foods or supplements that help? Anyone had anything like this and know of what can help heal it? Also wondering if dogs get hemorrhoids because it sure seems like something like that would make sense after all those pups she’s pushed out at a very young age. I trust our vet but interested in other opinions. Thanks.
