How much is too many questions to a venue? & Normal response time

Hello everyone,

We are currently planning an autumn 2027 wedding in Tuscany and found a few venues we like that are within our budget. We have been in contact with one particular venue we really love and would like to put a deposit.

But since we are booking without prior visit (we are happy to do so), I have a bunch of questions to ask and am worried that I am being annoying to the venue/owner. So my question is do you ask all your questions prior to putting a deposit or leave small details closer to date?

For context, I am extremely type A and like getting most details covered before making a decision. I have sent them a few emails already with a bunch of questions and we also had a quick video call. They have been quite responsive until last week, after our video call (which turned out pleasant). Last 2 emails I sent was 5 and 2 days ago and still have not gotten a response on both. I'm now worried I annoyed them too much that they don't want to respond :(

I understand we are not an urgent inquiry at this point but we still have not confirmed our dates and I really wanna just lock it in with them before they fill up. Is it normal to not getting response for a week or am I being too much? Should I follow up again?
