Does anyone with MCAS have trouble with sedation?

I need to have emergency wisdom tooth removal and I’ve never had any type of sedation before. I have mild MCAS so I don’t know how these drugs are going to affect me and I’m terrified. Has anyone experienced adverse affects from IV sedation?
