Do nipples stay in the same place?

So when I’m older I’m probably gonna get double incision since my boobs are a bit big and obviously when you have bigger boobs they droop which makes your nipples a bit “lower”…but when you get top surgery do they keep them low or can they bring them up a bit? It’s just a personal preference for me since I’d rather mine be a bit higher up than how they are now. And if I want them higher up is it something I have to ask for in advance?
