Uber app really ticks me off

I am unable to leave a tip for my driver. The app says something went wrong, try again later. I’ve tried updating app, rebooting phone, deleting and reinstalling app and still I can’t tip one of my driver’s from yesterday. No, it’s not an issue with my payment.

I guess there is no way to get past the “help” bot to a real person. I’m told to try in a couple of days. And I love how uber bot pretends that the driver doesn’t have any details about your ride or trip and of course your driver doesn’t know if you’ve tipped. BS.
