Was gonna make a lore accurate Chris Paul build. Need advice on the builder.

My plan is 94 swb and 86/90 ball handle . My question is whether speed with ball is more important for breaking down a defense than 92+ ball handle ? Or should I go high ball handle 95/92 and 91 swb? I jus wanna zoom around to make up for my lack of size and girth
