Achievements on Difficulties

Just started the game last night on Magnus and I noticed that the achievements include difficulties then when I try to change it in the setting, there's "only the lowest difficulty played will count towards trophy completion", does this mean even if I up the difficulty to Immortal, I won't get the Grand Magnus achievement?

I am still in on Chapter 2, should I restart to try 100% this game? Thanks.
