Who processes shipment within 24 hours? Plus tea

My store manager is an asshole. She is very passive aggressive and has very high expectations. She never takes accountability for her mistakes. She claims makeup boxes should be completed first and that it should only take 20 minutes per box and that we can’t clean or up stock the gondolas and fix the drawers. (We work in an A store) we have two ops leads one is lazy and one is chefs kiss. The lazy ops lead literally never helps with the workload but my other ops lead busts her ass !!!!

They are both on vacation right now so I’m dealing with my SM and she is such a cunt! She does not get what we do and treats operations associates like shit.

One of my leads told me my store manager has made a comment about how the operations team never looks put together but sorry we are up at 3am to get to our job that’s 30+ minutes away. I don’t even get coffee. I just go into my 5am shifts to do updates and get sweaty and process shipment in a hot store. She is such a bitch to our face but worse behind our back! Thankfully everyone on the team is uniting and trying to get her fired.

It annoys me how operations are used as coverage and zoned out for most of the shift but expected to finish shipment load.

Like girl why aren’t you scheduling a BA at 10am?? At least one

I’m curious to know if it’s normal to have stage managers sit in the office for 6 hours of their 8 hour shift? I never see her assisting clients only passing people off.

She also films tik toks and has a following. She has fired one of my coworkers for posting the same type of content..she is so awful.
