Do seals like belly rubs?

I know you shouldn’t touch seals as it may cause them stress but I’ve always been curious if someone were to a pet a seal that was comfortable with humans if they would like belly rubs. Seals always remind me of my dog and my dog likes belly rubs so I think it’d be really cool if they like belly rubs
