Jet Bath Mat that’s Battery Powered

Does there exist a portable jet bath mat that’s battery powered? I really want to get one for my mom who loves hot tubs, but all of them are electric which seems like a terrible electrocution risk!

I can find portable jets that you stick or clip onto the bath, but looking at the videos these are much weaker as they’re basically one jet vs the dozen that would be found on a bath mat, despite being basically the same price.
