Plantar Fasciitis

So this happened like Jan 30th 2026 and I am a stay at home mom and with my 2year old son like all the time! Anyways I woke up and stretched and my right hip I heard what sounded like a Rip and my shin felt weird so of course I freaked out and that Saturday did a virtual Doc appointment.she said it sounds like I stretched too hard and prescribed me with strong Ibuprofen,I got the meds and went on with life today’s Feb 17th my shin is numb and my toes don’t move unless I hold my legs up in the air ,oh and when I stretched I feel like it might have irritated my back..has anyone had this or semi similar?
