Is anyone else seeing subs completely ignore Procore/BuildingConnected invites lately?

I’ve been talking to a few local subs and they’re telling me they don’t even open the "Invite to Bid" emails anymore because they hate logging into portals just to see a set of plans.

Someone talked to me about some new AI clanker thing that finds the subs (using permit data so they’re actually commercial-grade) and just texts them a direct link to the plans. No login, no password. If they want to bid, they just reply "Yes" to the text.

As an estimator, would you trust an AI agent to handle that initial "chase" and follow-up every 2 days, or do you prefer the manual grind of calling 30 guys to get one "No"?

I mean it sounds nice but is it selling a dream? Doing a sanity check before I decide to let someone take this over and roll the dice freaking sick of Procore
