What’s it like to work at WFs and how does it compare to AFS?

So like everyone I will have to look for another job soon. I would prefer to find something outside of Amazon especially to receive the severance, but if that’s not possible I do want to hear from anyone who’s worked at WF, what’s it like, which department is best, how does it compare to AFS? I been in a Whole Foods and they look a lot nicer and well put together compared to Fresh but I’m not sure if that means working there is better.
