Heart failure?

Female, 25 years old, 5’2”, 140ish pounds, marijuana & tobacco smoker, 2 pregnancies-1 of them with high BP, my mom has heart failure & was diagnosed with stage 4 at 24.

Anyone have been diagnosed with heart failure, what made you go to get checked? What made you worried? My mom has heart failure & ive been having some of the same symptoms she had when she was first diagnosed. I get a tightening pain in my left chest area near my collarbone and in the left side of my neck, i get so out of breath so easily even just sitting in bed i sometimes will have to catch my breath & when i first lay down i have to take deep breaths, last week my ankles were so swollen along with my face i felt pregnant again, i get stomach bloating really bad, constant headaches, & the worst of all i get these episodes where ill be doing anything, whether standing or sitting, i start feeling lightheaded, i get tunnel vision & my vision will blackout if i dont lie down, i get nauseous, i get so sweaty it looks like i just got out the shower, i get really pale. My husband has joked afterwards saying “you just 💀 on me” if that gives a better idea lol. This episode last a total of a few minutes to 10 minutes. A couple months ago it lasted about 30-an hour. I do have a doctors appointment far out but am thinking of going to the ER, but hesitate as one of the times i did go they kinda shrugged it off & just said to stop smoking.
