Current Highest Playerbase Soul Level? (PC)

Title says it, coming back to the game after not playing actively for a year or two, for obvious reasons, not that many people to encounter compared to on release. Still, I want to give myself the best possible chance to find online play. Most of my old characters are at 140-150, but I've set up a new build I'm enjoying quite a bit, that's currently at SL95, with a fully upgraded weapon. In everyone's experience, which level range has the highest amount of players? Was thinking about level 110, to be in range of 100 and 120, or level 135, to be in the range of 120 and 150. Planning to do all kinds of online play; coop, invasions, Spears of the Church, etc.
