Kiwilaw Contact

Been working with kiwillaw on some estate stuff, have sent through required docs etc but now I've had no contact in weeks. Used them as they had good feedback from Reditt. Anyone know how to get in touch have tried email but no response. Quite frustrating when dealing with the death of a fily member. Any help appreciated.
