John and Bonnie MacFarlane

I recently completed RDR1, yeah I know I am super late. Is it only me who feels bad for Bonnie? We got hints that she liked John throughout the game, and later maybe she did not even get to know that he was kilked, and I can't help but wonder how she would react if she got to know? Like maybe a closure would have been good?

I don't know, I was trying to take a nap just now and this thought just bugged me and destroyed my sleep out of nowhere.
