Les Paul top hat knobs for push/pull??

Im trying to find some knobs for these push/pull pots I have. I swear there used to be some top hats that had a little grip towards the top. I love the look of the top hats, but they are just so slippery and impossible to pull out on. Does anyone know the keywords I should use to find these knobs???
