Rite Transfer

So I know usually the questions of Rite Transfer are a Latin Catholic becoming Eastern Catholic. However, I have the inverse question today. I was EO and became Catholic, however, due to the fact that I am surrounded by Latin Rite, am culturally Latin Rite, and in all ways am practicing Latin Rite. I had had troubles reaching anybody at the Eparchy of Parma about this, and was wondering if anybody could help or give advice. Thanks!
