Quitting 7oh

Hello, I have a long history with Kratom, extracts, and 7oh. I have quit cold turkey many times but it never quite sticks and I end up back on it. Well, they banned it in my state recently. I need to quit but trying to find help staying off of it. I am looking for some thoughts or advice on rehab, subs, or anything that has worked for you. I don’t think I could do an in patient rehab. I just don’t know what I’m doing and need help. Thanks
