Taxi fares! Unprepared tourist.

Staying at beach condo around the bend from Tankah 52 north of Tulum.. Pretty remote. Getting quotes of $75 for round trip to the 8 mile away Chedraui. Not getting any hits on InDrive that I'd been using so successfully in Playa Del Carmen. Any suggestions on better fares?
