How do you not spiral

I’m beginning to think I’m not cut out for this. I had a PUL in November and it was treated with MTX and resolved in December. This is our first cycle TTC and I am literally. 1DPO and cannot get my head out of all the what ifs and I just sob at every thought and feel like I’ll have another loss
