Mailed checks for refund

Hi guys! I forgot to set up my direct deposit before our refunds were issued, so I got my check mailed to me. Usually it takes 4-5 days but I still haven’t gotten it.

I know they SUCKKK at doing anything financial aid related, but has anyone also had a delayed check?
