Sinus/head cold

I haven’t had a virus since before Covid - before I had brain surgery and migraines and occipital neuralgia.

I’ve an awful cold - burning sinus pressure, facial pain, sore throat, etc AND my daily migraine/ON pain.

Tylenol cold, Advil, etc are all useless - it’s only been 24 hours so obviously just time but anyone find anything that helps?

I’ve done the steamy shower, tea, sleep thing.
