[landlord Ohio] advice needed

Hello, I had some questions just to get some honest advice. My fiance and I own our home in a small rural town that is located within 15 minutes of a highway and a large city. We are within 5 minute drive of groceries, gas station, and fast food places. It's just us and our home is a 4 bedroom, 2 full bath, sunroom, and private parking/private backyard. We have a room that used to be an attached garage but was converted before we bought it. It's 18x32 ft, 16 ft ceilings, a private entrance, and insulated with heating. It's a nice space overall. We are talking about maybe turning it into a large bedroom/living space. Would it be realistic to rent it out to someone with shared kitchen/dining room space and if so how much would I charge for something like that. We maintain the home and my fiance is a retired disabled veteran. The extra income would be nice but it's not necessary. I just wanted some opinions on if it's a good idea and if so price wise what would be reasonable?
