Parking on St Pattys

Hello! I will be going to a concert at the Royal Oak Music Theater and it happens to take place on St Patty’s Day so i’m a little bit concerned about the parking situation. Is the area usually poppin for the holiday? Would getting there at 7ish give me a good chance at getting a spot or should i go earlier? Thanks in advance!
