Gen 2 without birth certificates
Hi all! I’ve been going back and forth on whether to hire a lawyer or consultation firm or try to submit without. Wondering if anyone can tell me if they’ve been approved with the following:
Gen 0 (deceased, grandmother, born in 1933): birth search letter, as I cannot seem to obtain her birth certificate from Ontario without a lawyer
I also have a copy of her naturalization document from ancestry.com
Gen 1 (deceased, father): death certificate, which shows his parents’ names (which will match my grandmother’s birth search letter)
Gen 2 (me): birth certificate, which shows late father’s name above.
I can’t get my father or grandmother’s birth certificates. Do I have enough legal documents to bypass this or should I pay for a lawyer?
Thank you!
