Very laggy GTX 2060

I am playing on a 2020 Razer blade with a GTX 2060. I play the game on low everything and it is still incredibly laggy. I've wiped it and re installed multiple times. Doesn't feel like it should be lagging this bad for a 2060. I even opened up the laptop and cleaned it out.
