Can I Leave My Luggage at the Bus Office in Hanoi Before My Night Bus to Sapa?

I’ll be arriving in Hanoi in the morning and plan to spend the day exploring before my night bus to Sapa. I’m considering booking with companies like G8 Open Tour or HK Buslines, and I was wondering if these bus operators allow passengers to leave their luggage at their office during the day.

Is this safe? Has anyone had experience with this?
