Hippocampal asymmetry score ridiculously high at 19, super confused and scared

So hello, I am 19 AFAB trans man, I'm roughly 5"5 and 218 pounds. For my medical history I'll keep it short. I have asthma, chronic pain syndrome, hypermobility syndrome, traumatic car accident that resulted in broken pelvis. Vestibular migraine and the other one that makes your face go numb that I cannot spell nor pronounce. I also had EBV when I was like 7. Im on t gel, lamictal, pantoprazole and I go 5mg of edibles for chronic pain sometimes. I know I know I'm a bad kid. I was evaluated for absent seizures when I was 11 years old. I had genrliazed spikes on eye closure on my EEG but I never got treatment for it or was told what it ment, but my MRI was normal. Recently I have had all sorts of neurological symptoms, ranging from vision changes to spasticity like hand and leg instances, crashing into walls, tripping over nothing. Losing my ability to talk. Numbness tingling Crashed my car because of it. Most embarrassing experience of my life... I was fine the car was fine. The bush I ran over and my ego on the other hand, not so much. So I went to get a nero consult, before I saw the neurologist my PA ordered a neck X-ray and MRI of my brain. X-ray came back clear, no surprise there. But on the other hand my MRI told a different story. Everything was normal until I saw

"Hippocampal asymmetry quantitative analysis: The hippocampal volume normative percentiles based on age-matched controls are 52.00% on the left and 13.00% on the right. The asymmetry index is 11.88. This percentile ranking is 99.00%."

And I had the little thought to my self self. "Hey I don't think anything in my brain should be on the 99th percentile... that's like not good." and also my HOC score was like 52% which also apparently isn't good.

But the weirdest thing is they said they didn't see any atrophy despite how wacky my hippocampi are. That's made even weirder by the fact I went to go look at my old MRI report and in that report it said both sides of my hippocampi where symmetrical. Meaning it changed in the 8 years. Genuine question, how is that not atrophy. Is my hippocampus like a stress ball and something just squished it all to the other side?

Even weirder, that barley explains any of the symptoms I have been having, like at all. All google told me was it's typically common in alzheimer's patience and that I had 7 days to live/hj

So I'm confused, what dose this even mean. I know you guys cant diagnosis me through the internet, but like do I need to start writing my will? How do I advocate for my self and what should I even be advocating for? Do they just put this on every MRI to scare people for the sillies? Is it possible to have normal hippocampi 8 years ago, have them go lop sided and not have atrophy? Dose this explain anything I have been dealing with or is this separate?
