What to do?

So I bought 2 separate orders from the same seller. She was being very shady. Didn't send anything on time. I canceled the most expensive order first and within a minute....she marked the other order as "shipped" After her window to send closed, I tried to cancel again, with her immediately putting in her tracking info for the first time. I got the one order I couldn't cancel but she put the most expensive item, the one I cancelled successfully, in the package. She was harassing me...so I blocked her. What do I do? Send it back to her? Is this just meant to be a lesson for her?
