Copy while Sneaking

I've searched all over and haven't found this exact scenario addressed.

What happens to a token copy created off of a crearure cast using Sneak?

For a specific scenario:

• I have [[The Sixth Doctor]]
• I have [[Romana II]]
• The first historic spell cast during my turn is a Legendary Creature with Sneak (returning an unblocked attacker to my hand, and having the creature enter play tapped and attacking). The casting is not countered.

My questions:

1. Does the Sixth Doctor Trigger immediately, before the damage step, and create a non-legendary token copy?
2. Is the token copy created by The Sixth Doctor also tapped and attacking?
3. Does the token count as being cast for it's sneak cost? (For triggered effects)
4. Am I able to use Romana's ability to create a copy of the token before the damage step?
5. Would the copy of the copy also be tapped and attacking?
6. Would the copy of the copy count as being cast for it's sneak cost?

My assumptions are:
