Stop using Google Maps to find subs? (BuildZoom vs. Google)

I've realized that searching Google Maps for "Electricians" is a waste of time as you just get residential guys who can't handle a TI or commercial build.

I’ve started sourcing specifically from permit data (BuildZoom) to find who is actually active in my zip code right now. I'm hiring someone to automate this so the system finds the sub, calls their office to find the estimator, and texts them the bid invite.

If they opened this up for a few more GCs to try, would you find more value in the "finding new subs" part or the "automated following up" part?
