Role Queue in Quick Play?

Would something like this be worthwhile? I play a fair bit a comp and I use quick play to get some kits down from characters I don’t play often (tank main, dive dps, some supps). Mainly I’m working on improving my aim for hitscan characters (console player) and I’m lucky if I can get one match out of ten where I can play dps without 2-3 other people instalocking. I think comp is fine, just deal with it, but I would like to make sure if I do have to off-role, it’s not just a throw game because of my lack of play time.

So, would QP work with role queue? Or, would this become a bad stepping stone for comp?
