Need Advice: First Time Moving Out at 24

Hi, I’m 24 (M) from Cebu. I’ve been employed for 6 months with a minimum wage salary of 12k+ per month (7k+ first cut off, 5k+ second cut off).

Currently, nakatira ako kay mama together with my sister. Both of them are working (above minimum). My share sa house expenses is around 2.5k+ per month. For my work expenses naman, nasa 1.5k–2k per month, and napagkakasya ko naman kahit papaano.

As someone na never nagkaroon ng sariling room, literal na walang privacy space, plus may kapitbahay kaming relatives (7 sila), iniisip ko kung worth it ba mag-rent ng room.

May nahanap akong room for 2k per month, 15php per kWh and 150 water. Kinuha ko agad and naka-downpayment/slot reserved na rin ako for 2k. Lilipat sana by March.

The thing is, bigla akong nagdalawang isip kung itutuloy ko pa ba. Hindi naman ako maselan, pero walking distance lang siya from sa amin, sitio to sitio lang ang layo. May possibility na makita nila ako, and hindi ko pa pinaalam ang plano ko.

Gusto ko marinig ang opinion and advice niyo for someone like me na gustong-gustong umalis, and if naa moy pwede ma recommend rental room near at Emall. Thank you!
