Can you side with the Thalmor?

Either through actual quests or just by doing a pro-Thalmor RP?

I am just jumping into the game again after several years and also playing the AE DLCs for the first time. Trying to do a truer RP experience than the usual stealth archer play, and my random selection landed me as a pretty racist high elf.
