YouTube went down at 9 AM (Philippines)

I am so frustrated about this issue that we are experiencing. Earlier at 8:46 AM, yt was fine and when I switched account at exact 9 AM The issue has started and said "something went wrong" I switched accounts many times and I even cleared the date so that it might work, but no; until now we are experiencing "something went wrong" does the CEO aware his/her shits? He/should just resign as the CEO and should live in a normal life as an asshole.
