What to do after beating main story?

Hello, I recently beat the game (part 2) in normal difficult, all characters at level 50, I already did all the side missions and mini games available in a first playthrough (also already beat the advanced difficult version of the mini games) now I wonder what would be the most optimal way to the rest of the things that are a requirement for the platinum?
