Vod Review Request: Coming back into overwatch after a multi year break, Tank advice appreciated!

Title. Even though this was a win I know I can do better. Any sort of advice is appreciated. Although specifically interested in my positioning choices and how well (or poorly) I handled the balance of aggression/taking space versus playing safe. Also the most glaring issue to work on for improvement. (Things I do well would also be nice though not as needed)
