Should I ask her out?

It was brought to my attention that a coworker (f20) has a crush on me (m27). It’s been 2 years since my last relationship and I have been concentrated on my career. Moved to NYC and everything. Should I ask her out? I mean she’s attractive but I feel uneasy about the age gap. I always told myself that anyone younger than 4 years is a no. But I guess it’s just that it’s been a long time since my last relationship and I have struck out on dating sites
